TSGENCO CHEMIST RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION/2023
The Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited (TSGENCO) is one of the pivotal organizations of the State of Telangana, engaged in the generation of power, with an installed capacity of 6485.26 MW. The TSGENCO having undertaken new green-field Power Projects to supply quality and quantity power at an affordable cost, invites applications from the eligible candidates for the post of “CHEMIST”.

Note:
- The vacancies notified are subject to variation, based on work exigencies and necessity; and shall be filled-up, duly following the “Rule of Reservation”, in terms of Service Rules/Regulations, in vogue.
- The vacancies notified are purely confined to the Thermal Power Generating Stations across the TSGENCO, situated in Zone-I and ZoneII. Therefore, the aspirants who are willing to work in the Thermal Power Generating Stations alone may apply, as the aspirants coming up for selection through the selection process, shall be posted to the respective Thermal Power Generating Stations, where they shall be required to work throughout the entire service in the TSGENCO and will not be considered for posting in Hyderabad.
3)EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Must possess M.Sc First Class with Chemistry or M.Sc First Class with Environmental Sciences preceded by B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the Subjects from a recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act, or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission/AICTE [or] any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
4)AGE:-
- Minimum 18 years & Maximum 44 years. The age will be reckoned as on 01-07-2023.
5)FEE:-
- Application processing Fee:-
- Each applicant must pay an amount of Rs.400/-(Rupees Four Hundred only) towards Online Application processing fee.
- Examination Fee:-
- The applicants have to pay an amount of Rs.300/-(Rupees Three Hundred Only) towards “Examination Fee”.
- However, the applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC/EWS and Physically Challenged categories are exempted from payment of “Examination Fee”. Mere exemption from payment of examination fees does not confer any right on the candidate to treat them as belonging to SC/ST/BC/EWS and PH Categories.
Note:- The applicants belonging to other States are not exempted from payment of
“Examination Fee”.
6)EXAMINATION CENTERS:-
- The Written Examination for recruitment will be held at different Centers located in the “twin-cities” of Hyderabad and Secunderabad [GHMC & HMDA limits] only.
7)DATE OF EXAMINATION:-
- The written examination will be held on 17-12-2023(Sunday).
The Duration of the Examination will be 2 Hours[120 Minutes].
The TSGENCO reserves the right to reschedule the date of examination.
