The Telangana State Public Service Commission has released the General notification for various gazetted categories on the Ground Water Department. Candidates who are eligible for the post can apply online before 27/12/2022 upto 5:00 PM

Note: The number of vacancies are subject to variation on intimation being received from the Department concerned. Addition of vacancies if any, will be accepted only before the date of examination and an addendum to that effect will be issued. Deletion of vacancies if any, can be effected upto the declaration of result.
EXAM TYPE:
The Examination (Objective Type) is likely to be held in the Month of March/April-2023 and the Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either through COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) OR OFFLINE OMR BASED EXAMINATION OF OBJECTIVE TYPE.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

| 03 | Assistant Geophysicist | Must possess a Master’s Degree in Geophysics.
Note:- Any reference in these Rules to a Master’s Degree or Degree shall mean the Master Degree or Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification. |
| 04 | Assistant Hydrogeologist | Must possess M.Sc or M.Sc(Tech) or M.Tech in Geology, or applied Geology or Hydrogeology or Diploma of Associate Ship in Applied Geology of the Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad.
Note:- 1) Any reference in these Rules to a Master’s Degree or Degree shall mean the Master Degree or Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification. 2) Any reference in these Rules to a Diploma shall mean the Diploma of a University or a Board in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification. |
| 05 | Assistant Hydrologist | Must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering with Geology as one of the subjects or must have passed section A&B of the A.M.I.E.(India) Examination conducted by Institution of Engineers (India).
OR M.Sc., [Hydrology], two years course. Note:- Any reference in these Rules to a Master’s Degree or Degree shall mean the Master Degree or Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification |
FEE:-
(i) Application Processing Fee:- Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards Online Application Processing Fee.
(ii)Examination Fee:- The applicants have to pay Rs. 120/- (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Only) towards Examination Fee.
